The ceremony and reception will be held outdoors, but the ranch house will be air-conditioned if anyone needs to slip inside for a break.

After the ceremony, the married couple, the bridal party, and close family might slip away for some additional pictures before rejoining the party at cocktail hour. The building to the left of the ceremony site will be open for bar service in the meantime. Dinner will take place about an hour after the ceremony, with dancing to follow. A detailed timeline will be provided in the formal invitation and on the Festivities Page when we get closer to the event.

The dress code is festive cocktail attire. We want to host a fun, colorful event so dress accordingly! Have a bright purple suit you're dying to wear? Bring it! A dress with sequins all over? Heck yes! Our wedding and the reception will take place outdoors in September. For that reason, we recommend to avoid stiletto heels or thick fabrics. Linen or cotton materials are a safe bet! Let us know if you have any questions.

Yes, there is parking on site for 30-40 vehicles, so we encourage you to carpool with friends or family wherever possible. When you enter the main gate, follow the signs to the Sunrise Casita and park in the dedicated spaces next to the metal fence. We ask that anyone who plans to drink at the wedding consider using rideshare such as Uber or Lyft. The venue has assured us that rides are easy to access in the area. If absolutely necessary, we can leave your vehicle parked at the venue overnight for pickup the next day.

Unfortunately, we cannot include children in our ceremony or reception due to the size of our venue. The bride has a HUGE family (we love that!), but it means our event will only be open to guests 21+, with the exception of the wedding party. We would love if your family could join us for some outdoor fun on the day after the wedding. See our "Festivities" page for Sunday's events.

We sure hope you’ll be able to join us for our special day. With your invitation, there will be an RSVP card with a link and QR code, or feel free to click "RSVP" at the top right of this page and let us know your plans. Enter your name and fill out the questions that follow for yourself and any other parties named on your invite.

We are at capacity with our venue which means we are sadly unable to accommodate additional guests. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. If you have any questions, please reach out. Please note: If you cannot find a named guest in our RSVP site, let us know so we can make sure we spelled the name correctly. Apologies for any difficulties.

We do not have a hotel block, but we do have recommended lodging on our About Austin page.

We love photos! We do ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony, we’d like that time to be unplugged. For the rest of the wedding, we encourage guests to post pictures using our wedding hashtag #TheORourkes2024 so we can see them, too!
